ok so this is the bridge to liar by paramore and it's here because it's reminiscent of something fiona once said to me when i was in a deep state of humiliation: "an expression of love isn't something to ever feel ashamed of. you're acting with integrity" but they said it beautifully + with conviction. and i remember thinking "wow that's so true and beautiful" so it's stuck with me & has been floating around in my mind since... and well i think we should all express our love for others more & without fear and just strive to live as our most authentic selves...
